Ohio Revised Code for Continuing Contract

Language Highlights

1. A teacher who becomes eligible for a continuing contract at the end of or during a three (3) year limited contract may submit a request for consideration for continuing contract, no later than September 15 of any contract year.
2. Email your request to the superintendent and copy your building principal.
3. Specific qualifications are outlined in the Ohio Revised Code, which are are determined by applicable provisions of the Ohio Revised Code.
